Broad national and international experience. In France, he worked in Paris, in a big French-Brazilian office. He has also been tax adviser in the same city for some years, for European companies. In Brazil, he has worked for different law offices.

Provider of legal advice to Brazilian companies for essentially national operations in tax and corporate issues. He has been involved with different tax and corporate structuring involving different countries for American, Belgian, French, Israeli, Canadian, Swiss and Chinese companies, listed or not in stock exchanges.

Provider of international tax planning involving merchandise pricing in operations involving company groups.
He has worked with Merger and Acquisition operations both for acquiring (Brazilian and foreign) as well as acquired companies.

 

Awards

 

In 2011, he received from the European Commission and the European Association of Tax Professors the European Academic Tax Thesis Award for the best doctoral dissertation in Tax Law in Europe.

 

Formation

 

Doctorate and Master in Tax Law from Panthéon-Assas University, Paris 2. Specialist in Public Finance and Taxation also from Panthéon-Assas University, Paris 2. Graduated in Law from the University of Fortaleza (Unifor) and in accounting from the State University of Ceara (UECE). Visiting Professor in specialization courses at Brazilian and European universities.
